SHIPMENT PROCESSING:
Shipment of orders paid by credit card will be processed upon approval of the credit card charge.
Shipment of orders being paid by check will be held for 30 days in order to verify that the check has cleared bank processing.
We ship overseas only to APO & FPO address. These shipments are not tracked and will take more time than for delivery within the United States.
Shipment of orders being placed using a US Government purchase order will be processed upon receipt of the signed purchase order.
Dewey reserves the right to refuse to sell to any prospective purchaser.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All regular shipments are by UPS Ground. Physical addresses must be provided to insure our ability to track and insure shipments. Orders being shipped to Post Office boxes will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and will not be tracked or insured. Expedited shipping will be based on the weight of the package, and must be arranged by contacting us at 703-524-1355. Dewey ships overseas only to the U.S. Government APO/FPO addresses.
We accept orders through our website, phone, mail and fax. We do not accept orders through email. Do not duplicate your order by mailing and faxing an order to us. This will help avoid duplicate shipments.

Discounts
Discounts are quantity based and only available to the Government or Labor Unions. These discounts do NOT apply to a combination of products.
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can return it within the timeframes listed below and receive a refund of the cost of the item minus a 6% restocking fee. All items must be returned in original condition, with no bends, folds, marks or stamps. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund. No returns will be accepted on bulk purchases.
Books must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
CD-ROMs must be returned within two weeks of purchase.
You must notify Dewey by phone of the return. (703.524.1355)
We do not give refunds for eBook downloads.

If you receive your shipment and items are damaged, you must call us within five days of receipt and you must save all items including packaging materials. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEMS TO DEWEY. We will make arrangements for the damage claim to be processed by UPS. The damaged items will be replaced or you will be refunded the cost of the items, only if these instructions are followed.
For shipping arrangements made by the purchaser, such as shipping using the purchaser's account, the purchaser is responsible for making the damage claim through their shipper. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEMS TO DEWEY.
