Robert L'Heureux

Robert L'Heureux is an attorney in the private practice of employment and white-collar criminal law in Alexandria, Virginia. He was, for some 14 years, the Associate Special Counsel for Investigation at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, supervising the collection of evidence in thousands of whistleblower reprisal cases. He was counsel during early successful OSC litigation on behalf of whistleblowers. Since leaving government, he has successfully represented both individuals and government agencies in whistleblower reprisal cases. His other government experience included service as a Marine Corps officer, a Special Agent of the Naval Investigative Service, and Assistant to the Inspector General of the SBA.
