Robert L'Heureux is an attorney in the private practice of employment and white-collar criminal law in Alexandria, Virginia. He was, for some 14 years, the Associate Special Counsel for Investigation at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, supervising the collection of evidence in thousands of whistleblower reprisal cases.
