Victoria Loufakis is a consultant and trainer and an authority on Federal personnel management systems and practices. She designs and conducts management seminars and has worked extensively with public sector managers in the classroom and as a consultant to increase the effectiveness of their work processes, hiring practices, and performance improvement efforts. She was formerly a personnel officer with the Treasury Department.
