US Government purchase orders are accepted. For all other orders prepayment is required. Do not duplicate an order by mailing and faxing it to us.

We do not offer refunds on digital items. Digital items are downloadable files (.mp3 audio, .mp4 video, or .pdf eBooks) or products shipped on DVD-ROM, CD-ROM, or USB drive. Digital items combined with other items for a discount are full price and non-refundable. Dewey Publications does not offer replacement copies for items lost or not downloaded. All products are a single user license. A single user may create an additional copy for backup purposes only. Only Virginia residents who are not tax-exempt will have 6% VA sales tax added to their order.
Quantity DiscountsDiscounts are quantity based and only available to the Government or labor unions. These discounts do NOT apply to products already on sale, a combination of products or when shipping to multiple addresses.

If you receive your shipment and items are damaged, you must call us (703.524.1355) within five days of receipt and you must save all items including packaging materials. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEMS TO DEWEY. Replacements for the damaged items will be expedited immediately and we will make arrangements for the damaged items to be picked up by UPS.
If you are not satisfied with a softcover book you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A 6% restocking fee is applied to all refunds. We do not offer refunds on digital items (DVD-ROM, CD-ROM, USB drive or download and including digital items combined with softcover books). If you are interested in previewing a product we recommend purchasing only the book version which can be returned for a refund minus a 6% restocking fee. All items must be returned in original condition, with no bends, folds, marks or stamps. Package the item well because a damaged return will not be accepted for refund. All regular shipments are done by USPS or UPS. Shipments can take up to 10 business days to be delivered, but are typically done in 2-6 business days. Shipment of orders paid by credit card will be processed upon approval of the credit card charge. Expedited shipping is available at UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day Air rates. Cost is based on the weight of the package. We reserve the right to hold the shipment until the check clears. We ship overseas only to APO & FPO address. Shipment of orders being placed using a US Government purchase order will be processed upon receipt of the signed purchase order. Dewey reserves the right to refuse to sell to any prospective purchaser.
